About these classes


Yoga class is taught by ms. Sara Rockyasl

Vinyasa: smooth transition from one pose to another, syncing breath with movement, creating a fluid sequence with its dynamic nature. It promotes strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through continuous movement and breath coordination.

Hatha: As one of the oldest forms of yoga, it aims to balance the body and mind. Each pose lasts a few breaths and is gentle for most bodies

Gentle Yoga and Meditation: This style is particularly suitable for those seeking a more relaxed practice. It includes slow movements , breathing exercises, and meditation techniques to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and inner peace.


Location: EDSA Shangri-La Plaza, JNA Dance & Fitness Center 5th Floor Main Wing near Figaro & No Brand

  • First class / session is a free trial

  • Studio classes can only be booked online and payments can be made online or on-site

  • Early Sign ups are Php 100 cheaper

  • Early Sign ups are considered as 2 hours before class otherwise it is considered a walk in session.
