Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refund Policies for
Online Classes
A Cancellation occurs when the student disenrolls all sessions prior to their consumption of classes.
To Withdraw is to disenroll from all sessions on or after a student’s first day of session consumption.
Both withdrawals and cancellations mean that you will no longer be admitted to the class.
Cancellations, and in some cases, withdrawals, do not merit a 100% full refund of your payment. Please read the withdrawals section for more information.
+ How to cancel or withdraw from enrolled single sessions or class packages
Please send us an email at studio@dancebylina.com In the email, please include the following details: name, date of enrollment, the amount paid, and your reason for the refund. Upon receipt, we will send you a notification confirming your refund. Your refund payment will be processed in 3-5 business days.
Please note that refunds are applicable for cancellations, and are subject to approval depending on how many sessions have been consumed for withdrawals. Please read the withdrawals section for more information.
+ Cancellations
A student may cancel prior to the start of class or prior to the first day of their session consumption. Cancellations merit a 100% full refund of the paid amount.
+ Withdrawals
For **single sessions**, withdrawal is non-refundable after consumption.
For one-week, two-week, and one-month packages, students may withdraw their enrolled classes after the second (2nd) day of the consumption of their enrolled online class, in order to be able to fully refund 100% of your payment. This second day does not include the trial class for new students.
Withdrawal **after the third (3rd) day** of the student’s session consumption will only permit the student to a 50% refund of your payment.
Withdrawal **after the fourth (4th) day** of the student’s session consumption will no longer merit a refund. At this point, the student may either consume their sessions by taking class or may choose to no longer attend class. No longer attending classes still does not merit a refund, as the slots in those classes have already been reserved for you.
**Fully consumed** class packages cannot be refunded, as the student has already taken the class.
+ Free trials
To avoid refunding of classes, students are encouraged to first take a free trial class! Free trials are available for all ages, levels, and dance classes or styles! Everyone is welcome to try the classes, with or without previous experience. Prospecting students may book their free trial class by sending us an email at lina@dancebylina.com or sending us a message at any of our social media channels.
Rules & Guidelines
To ensure a smooth experience, please follow these guidelines when enrolling. Studio Dance by Lina will not be liable for any losses or refunds if these are not followed:
Ensure that you have stable internet connection, so that your teacher can properly see you and can give adequate corrections.
Personal devices used for the video call must be fully charged or connected to a charging device so as to ensure the call’s continuity. Kindly charge your device before class starts.
Place your device in such a way that your whole body (head to feet, arms when raised) is visible, from either the front or side angles.
Remember to also place your device in a steady location so that it won’t fall during exercises.

By purchasing our service, you agree that you are 18 years of age, or if are not 18 years of age, have parental consent, and agree to the following statements:
"I should always consult my physician or other healthcare provider before changing your diet or starting an exercise program. I understand that there is a risk of injury associated with participating and using the Studio Dance by Lina Online Classes. I hereby assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses and damages that I incur while attending, exercising or participating in the Studio Dance by Lina Online Classes. I hereby waive all claims against Studio Dance by Lina, its instructors, or partners of individually or otherwise, for any and all injuries, claims or damages that I might incur."
